Sazlo

No-code bots

The bots you know. None of the code.

On Discord, every feature a community wants is a different bot with its own dashboard, its own premium tier and its own outage. In Sazlo, bots are part of the product. Pick a template, change what you want, and it runs.

Start from the library

Each template says which Discord bots it is like, so you can find the one you used.

Moderation
Moderation commands, word guard, flood, caps and repeat filters, a moderation log, verification and a captcha gate. Like Dyno, Carl-bot and Wick.
Levels and leaderboards
XP for taking part, level-up messages, roles at each level and boards for every counter. Like MEE6, Arcane and Tatsu.
Welcome and roles
Welcome messages, auto roles and reaction roles. Like Carl-bot and MEE6.
Community
Giveaways, birthdays, suggestions, daily questions, starboard highlights, sticky messages and quick polls.
Fun
Fun commands, coins and a shop that can hand out roles, trivia and counting.
Utility
Tickets with private rooms for staff, reminders, RSS feeds, scheduled posts and FAQ auto replies. Like Ticket Tool, MonitoRSS and Reminder Bot.

How a bot works

When
A command, a keyword, a mention, someone joining or leaving, a reaction, a button, a schedule or a feed.
Only if
Certain rooms, with or without a role, a chance, a cooldown, or a limit per person per day.
Then
Up to five actions: reply, react, give or take a role, post buttons, pin, start a thread, add XP, time out, warn, and more.
One bot, many jobs
A single bot can welcome people, run levels and host giveaways, each grouped by function.

Build it your way

By hand
Sentences and dropdowns with a live preview, and Try it to test a command before saving.
With AI
Build with AI opens Claude or ChatGPT with a prompt that knows your rooms and roles. Paste the answer back and Sazlo checks it before saving.
From JSON
Import and export bots as plain data.

Safe by design

No user code runs. A bot can only do what the person who saved it is allowed to do, moderation actions are checked again when they run, bots never answer other bots, and rate limits stop runaway rules. Anyone can stop a bot from sending them direct messages.

When you need code after all

Incoming webhooks post from your own tools, a GitHub integration posts commits and releases as cards, and the bot API lets your site check a member, give a role or verify an account with a token scoped to just that.

Moving from Discord

After an import, Sazlo lists the bots that came over and recreates the common ones from the library, keeping their name, picture and rooms. Move from Discord.

Questions

Do I need to code or host anything to run a bot?

No. Sazlo bots are rules you set up in Space settings. Sazlo runs them for you.

Can Sazlo replace MEE6, Carl-bot or Dyno?

For the common uses, yes: levels, welcomes, reaction roles, auto moderation, moderation commands and logs all have templates. Anything a bot did through its own website stays on that website, which can connect through the bot API.

Can a bot use AI?

Yes, when the space adds its own Anthropic or OpenAI key. A bot can answer mentions or write scheduled posts, with limits per person and blocked phrases.

Bring your people.

Sazlo runs in the browser at sazlo.app. Make a space, invite your group, or bring a community you already run somewhere else, history and all.
